Assistant Manager

As our assistant manager, you will be directly involved in the expansion of a global event and lifestyle community in one of the most innovative fields of this time - Blockchain and Fintech.
You will be responsible for the organisation of conferences in countries all over the world, tend to and strengthen community bonds, build partnerships, and discover new activity fields.
We are looking for an individual that is dedicated and passionate and enjoys creating something new.

Responsibilities

• organise meetups, events, conferences etc. in Malaysia and overseas, including venue search, catering, photography / filmography, live streaming, media partnerships, pre- & post-promotion and more
• assist in administrative tasks
• coordinate social media, the website, offline PR, and press relations
• develop concepts and strategies for exposure and expansion
• assist on-site at events
• (if you enjoy it and bring the necessary skills) write news articles, analyses, conduct interviews, and create news reports
• communicate with members of the community

Requirements

• fluent English and flawless writing abilities, additional fluent language skills are very welcome
• a drive to create and build something new, to take challenges and find solutions to any hurdles you face
• a passion for what you do
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• if you love travelling, you may very much enjoy this job.

Experience

• not necessary - we prefer enthusiasm over diplomas.​
